Each User is permitted to hold only one Account on api138. Creating multiple accounts (also known as "duplicate accounts" or "multi-accounting") is strictly prohibited. This restriction applies per individual, per household, per IP address, and per device.

Any activity that occurs under your Account is your responsibility. api138 is not liable for any loss or damage arising from unauthorized access to your Account due to your failure to protect your credentials. api138 accepts deposits and processes withdrawals via the following payment methods:
All deposits and withdrawals must be made using a payment method registered in your own name. Third-party deposits and withdrawals are strictly prohibited. api138 reserves the right to request proof of ownership for any payment method before processing withdrawals.
The minimum deposit amount is Rp 10.000 for most bank transfer and e-wallet methods. Some channels (such as CIMB Niaga and OCBC NISP) may have a minimum of Rp 25.000. The maximum single deposit varies by payment method, ranging from Rp 50.000.000 to Rp 100.000.000 per transaction. Before your first withdrawal, you must complete the KYC verification process by submitting a clear copy of your KTP (Indonesian national identity card) and, if requested, proof of address. Withdrawals may only be made to a bank account or e-wallet registered in your own name matching the name on your KTP. api138 reserves the right to request additional documentation to verify the source of funds before processing large withdrawals.
api138 operates a strict anti-money laundering (AML) policy in compliance with international standards. All deposits must be wagered at least once before a withdrawal request will be approved. All bets placed on api138 are final and cannot be canceled, reversed, or amended once confirmed. It is your responsibility to review your bet slip carefully before confirming any wager. api138 reserves the right to void bets in cases of obvious pricing errors, technical malfunctions, or if a bet is placed after an event has already concluded.

Our total liability to you for any claim arising out of or relating to these Terms shall not exceed the amount of your Account balance at the time of the claim.
